1. Practice Schedule - is available online. The team calendar is updated and you can click on the Practice/Meet Schedule link on the home page to print the schedule. If any changes to the practice location are made you will be notified via email.
2. Weather delays and cancellation - It is common this time of year for an afternoon practice to be delayed or cancelled due to thunder. Practice cancellations will be emailed and also sent out as a text message if you have opted into that service (text @dbwsw to 81010).
3. Safety/Dropping off - If you are dropping your child off for swim team practice, please make sure you have personally spoken with someone at the pool who can keep an eye on your child. This applies to children who are participating in practice and those siblings who are not. Some practice locations do not have a full time lifeguard. You must designate someone to be your child’s contact, particularly if your child is under 10. Also, please be sure that you have provided a means for your child to reach you during practice in the event that weather requires practice cancellation.
