To all active families,  time trials are one week away.  This is where Coach Karen gets to see each swimmer and identify their strongest events.  A brief parent meeting at 4:30 while swimmers get pictures.  Team photo at 5pm. Time trials start at 5pm.  Like all meets, YOU MUST RSVP for each of your swimmers. 

1. Please RSVP as soon as possible and NO LATER than Thursday for next weeks time trials.  If you do not RSVP for time trials and meets online, your swimmer will not be added to the line up.  You have to RSVP on the website. (click on "swim meets" on the left side, click on the RSVP button next to time trials, click yes or no on whether your swimmers will be there or not)
2. Please sign up for a job during the time trials.  This is essential.  We are the only team; therefore, the only parent volunteers.  Each family needs to sign up for at least one job.  Click on the V (volunteer) button next to time trials.  The parent handbook which is on the home page has descriptions of each job and veteran families will guide you.
3. Returning families..... make sure your swimmer practices the team chant.  New families.... just wait, you will be pleasantly surprised.
