Practice:  It is still a bit cold outside. Come to practice Monday with you suit and towel BUT also bring shorts and shirts in case we need to do a land work out.

Team Shirts:  New and exciting team shirts will be in soon.  If you want to show some Bullfrog spirit and help support our small but might team, look for Wendy to purchase your spirit wear. $18 for kids shirts. Adults not sure yet.

Email List:  If someone else in your family would like to get emails AND currently is NOT getting emails, you can add that email to your information on the website or respond to this email.

Volunteering:  For all those that signed up for volunteer jobs at the sign up THANK YOU.  For those that did not, there will be information in the upcoming week on how to sign up online for the time trials which are next week (yikes).  You can volunteer by clicking on the calendar tab at the top of the page, then click on the actual meet.  More info to come.

Team Pictures:  Our own Gin Shaw whose children are a very well known part of the team will be doing our team pictures this year at TIME TRIALS.  If you want to order photos of your little ones, you can go ahead and download the order form which is attached as link in the top left of the website.  The order form is also attached in this email.
