Hello DBW parents,

I apologize if this has been sent to you and you are a past member of the team, but not swimming this year.  We are working with lists and lots of new members, so just let me know and I will take your name of future e-mails.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For those signed up this year, please click on the parent handbook from the DBW home page to learn about volunteering and the descriptions of the different positions.  To run the swim meets we need a LOT of parent volunteers.  Thank you to those of you who have already signed up at the meet and greet at the Champney's home in April.  I have transferred those lists to our website and need you to please do the following.

Please verify that you are signed up for the correct volunteer role and session for each meet.  (This is what I transferred from the lists)

Also, please sign up for more volunteer positions for all the meets

To sign up on the website for volunteering:

1) Click on the calendar from the top bar  2) Click on the swim meet name in the Tuesdays on the calendar  3)A window comes up and select "Click here to volunteer" this is at the bottom of the pop up window  4) Click on the "need volunteer" slot for the role and session to enter your name  5)click save at the bottom.  

This needs to be done for each swim meet..
