Hello Bullfrog parents,

We need you!  Please Please Please past and new families sign into our website and fill a volunteer slot.  Do it today if you can.  

Our Time Trials is a home meet (This coming Tuesday) which means we need almost 50 parents to fill 1st session and 2nd session roles. Please don't wait until next week to sign up.  I can't always get volunteers in person at the practices so please sign up through our website.  

We have a lot of new families and these role will be new to them.  We need our past bullfrog parents to sign up and help our new parent volunteers to make our meets run smoothly.

Thank you very much for the parents who have already signed up for Time Trials and future meets.  

Signing up to volunteer is a little different than last year.  Please follow these steps and let us know if you are having trouble logging in.

1) Click on the calendar from the top bar

2) Click on the swim meet name in the Tuesdays on the calendar  (ie. Team Time Trials)

3) A window comes up and select "Click here to volunteer" this is at the bottom of the pop up window

4) Click on the "need volunteer" slot for the role and session to enter your name  

5)click save at the bottom.  

This needs to be done for each swim meet..
