Parents,

This is truly critical. We are a very small team and need all hands on deck. If you've not already done so, please volunteer for the time trials on May 21. We all like to see our children swim, but it does take our volunteering to make a swim meet happen. In addition, the more volunteers we have, the more smoothly (I.e. quickly) the meet can run. This will be especially important on Tuesday's time trials as it is still a school night.

and speaking of swimming

We are all super busy, I know. However, there is no greater disappointment (ok, so a little hyperbolic) than to show up to a swim meet only to find your child is not on the roster to swim.  Don't let this happen to you or your child. Please r.s.v.p for the meets in which your child is participating by Thursday afternoons. We are obligated to have our swim roster ready to share with our opponents by Monday at 3:00 p.m. If you have not r.s.v.p.'d for your child by Sunday, at the latest,  we cannot guarantee that they will be able to swim in the Tuesday meet. Let's give our coaches and volunteers the time to put together the line up for our kids by getting those r.s.v.p's done by Thursday afternoons.

We look forward to seeing you at time trials at the Brooke Farm pool, May 21st! There will be a brief parent meeting and team/individual pictures done around 4:30. Then, the time trials will begin at five.
