Dear Bullfrog Families,

I want to thank you for being so patient with me.  I am sorry I have seemed forgetful or inattentive.  I have been preoccupied with closing out the school year at work and moving my classroom for the first time in 12 years!  Now that the school year is over, I am hoping to get back some of my mental acumen.

I do want to ask that you make sure to RSVP for the meet by Friday.  Even if you and your swimmer(s) are NOT attending, it is imperative that our coaches know in order to have time to create the line up.  Our team must exchange our line up of swimmers with Zaban by Monday afternoon. Adding or removing swimmers at the last minute is difficult and a little stressful.  Please try to get your RSVP done by Friday afternoon.

Just as a reminder, we do have Friday morning practice now.  Tomorrow's practice is at Waterford and begins at 8:00 with the 7-10 year olds.  Following that, is the 11 and up group at 8:45 and the 6 and under group at 9:30.

Tuesday, June 3 is our first home meet.  Swimmers need to be at Brooke Farm at 4:30.  The fabulous Gin Shaw will be there to take our team picture.  In order to be polite to our guests, I am asking that we leave the parking lot we typically use for practices available to the Zaban families.  Instead, when you enter Brooke Farm, take your first left (onto Littlebrooke) and follow it until it dead ends into the back parking lot for the pool.

I appreciate all that you do for our swimmers, the team, and me.  I have had so many people reach out to ask how they can help.  Your kind words and "thank you's" spur me on.  In addition, I know getting the swimmers to practice and volunteering at meets can be stressful and taxing. Yet you continue to do it, making our team a wonderful team!
