Hello Bullfrog Families! 

What a crazy season we had this year!  Now that it is over, there is one small item left to address that slipped by the wayside and that is Volunteer Appreciation!!!!! 

There are several roles that we need to recognize at our team party and in the past we have done so with a gift card of some sort.  The following are very important roles that are filled by VOLUNTEERS.   

Manager - Wendy (her 2nd year in a row doing it alone, usually we have co-managers - we've got to find someone else for next year!)

Head Coaches - Katie (volunteer), Madison (paid but we always give the paid coach a little more at end of season)

Assistant Coaches - Savanna and Haley

Computer - Tracey (many hours of work each week plus working each meet the entire time, including arriving early & staying late - BIG job)

Volunteer Coord. - Amanda

Team Magazine/Pictures - Gin

Concessions - Melanie Marks

Sound System/Pictures - Mark Mason. 

With this being a last minute request, we will take the total amount of $ donated and divide it up based on positions and give out cash with a nice thank you card. 

I will be out of town Friday through Sunday and will have limited access to email so the following is very important!!!!!!!

PLEASE EMAIL ME (Heidi -[email protected]) WITH AN AMOUNT (WHATEVER YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH)  THAT YOU CAN DONATE TO THIS CAUSE ASAP. 

`You may send me a check in the mail 5175 Waterford Drive, Atlanta, Ga 30338 OR give me cash/check at the Pizza Party on Monday. 

AGAIN - IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU EMAIL ME THE AMOUNT YOU CAN GIVE TO ME BY MONDAY NIGHT.  I will keep a spreadsheet with the amounts told to me and will make sure to have the $ divided up for the party, but I will need to get your donation by Monday evening!
