We need volunteers for the following at the 5/26 meet:

Bullpen - Boys:  Session 2
Bullpen - Girls:  Session 1 & 2
Deck Manager - Session 1 & 2 (very important position!)
Timer - Session 1 (must have!)

Tentative Date for Makeup Swim Meet - The predictably unpredictable summer weather is upon us and we anticipate possibly having to reschedule tomorrow's meet.  Of the following choices, please let me know what you WILL NOT be able to attend (not that we have control over setting the date - FB will likely pick what works best for them but they did ask our preference).  Most teams in our division prefer to re-schedule for the next night, Wed., but that forecast looks the same as Tue. Thu. is an issue bc other teams in the league swim that night and referees can be hard to find.  FB gave us these choices (their pool is not avail. Fri. night).

Team Pictures - Swim team parent Gin Shaw will once again be offering her wonderful services and photography skills to the team.  Weather permitting (and assuming we don't have a make-up meet on Thu), we will take the pictures at the beginning of Games & Ribbons (G&R) Thu 5:00 at Waterford.  Team picture first followed by individuals.  Please go ahead and fill out the attached form and have it ready.
