Bullfrogs,

Our first home meet is this Tue., 6/2!!  Swimmers arrive 4:30 and warmups start at 4:45.  Meet starts 5:30.  Those at practice Tue. will get their events then (written on their arms).  Others will get it when they arrive or after warmups.  I will try to send the lineup tomorrow night (working on it now but won't be complete until I hear from the other team tomorrow afternoon).

Volunteer Needs - We are still short 8 volunteers that we MUST HAVE to run the meet.

Announcer - Session 1
Boys Bullpen - Sessions 1& 2 (Girls bullpen may have to do both)
Concessions Helpers - Need 3 total (2 for session 1, 1 for session 2)
Deck Manager - Sessions 1&2
Judges Recorder - Sessions 1&2 (you get a front row seat the whole time!)
Master Recorder - Session 2

Parking for Meet - Home team parks in the Little Brooke parking lot (BF drive to 2nd stop sign, turn left, road ends at pool).  Visitors will park in main parking lot off BF drive.  For overflow parking, cars should park ONLY on one side of the street.  Signs will be posted.  If parking on the street, we encourage parents to first drop off their swimmers at the pool then proceed to park.  Please park on the RIGHT side of the street as you are LEAVING the pool.  That way you are ready to go when the meet is over!

Tentative re-schedule date - IF the meet is re-scheduled I will need everyone to respond by 8pm Tue. evening with their RSVP (just email me).  I need all to respond so I know I've heard from everyone before we create another lineup (or hopefully use the same one).  I will request a re-schedule for Wed evening, unless we have lots of swimmers who can't make it then (let me know asap).​

Team Pic - Still scheduled for Mon. 5pm at BF right at the start of practice.  Please be on time!  Order form attached.

Friday Morning Practice (only) will now start at 9am, instead of 8:30.  Tue. morning practice still starts at 8:30.  Updated calendar file attached.​

Reminder:  PLEASE drive slowly in the neighborhoods on your way to practice/meets.  We've had comments from neighbors in both Waterford and Brooke Farm about swim team traffic, especially w/so many other service vehicles on the streets (construction in Waterford, landscapers in BF).  Whether you live there or are a guest in the neighborhood, please drive safely and lawfully in all neighborhoods!
