Bullfrogs,

Last Tuesday's pool party was a great way to end an awesome season!!  Special thanks to Karen Hardman and Lauren Borowsky for doing that!  And thanks to ALL of our parents who worked every meet (and sometimes in between) to make it another memorable season for everyone.  I look forward to seeing you all next year - and bring a friend! (especially if they are a 7 year old girl or senior boy:)).

Ribbons - If you are missing ribbons, let me know.  If I don't have them I can reprint them.  I did reprint quite a few and those were handed out at the party (if you were there).  Some of the MG ribbons did not print correctly and the Huntcliff ribbons had lots of mistakes that we found later.  So if you find duplicate ribbons for those meets, that's why.

Pictures - a big THANK YOU to Tracey McIntosh for taking and sharing all the wonderful pictures.  I'm sorry I didn't share them sooner - I had the links but didn't know how to put them in an email to all of you.  There are many, but you will want to find time to sort through them - she captured some great moments.

Planning for next year - When I have time to come up for air, I want to put together a plan for next year.  We will probably be hiring a new coach, as Madison will likely not be available.  We were so lucky to have her these few years and wish her the best of luck in all her ambitious endeavors.  She left some big shoes to fill and lots of great Bullfrog memories.  We know she will come back to visit when she can!  If you know someone that would be a great Bullfrog coach please let me know.  I plan to post an opening on the ASA web site.  We will be looking for someone who is at least a sophomore in college and has experience coaching a summer league team and working w/the software (or is willing to learn).

In addition to a new coach, I will be looking for parents to fill roles as Team Rep and Equipment Manager, and possibly be Team Manager or at least help in that role as I am not sure if I will be able to help in that capacity again next year.  More details on that later but these are two small jobs that would really help take some of the load off the Team Manager.  If you are interested, let me know!

Also I need to know who will return next year in the same role as this year and who needs a replacement.  Thanks to the Barmans who have already offered to be Volunteer Coordinator again.
