Parents,

Our first HOME meet is this Tuesday!!  I know this is a BUSY week for all of us.  Please note the following reminders and keep this email for reference.

Top priorities:

1. Register for DBW!  Even if you swam with us last year you need to go through the process of registering for this season so that your swimmers(s) are made active for the year.

2. Register with ASA!!  The coach's and computer manager's  jobs are SO MUCH easier when everyone is registered on ASA before the first meet.  Technically a swimmer cannot be entered in a meet until they are registered on ASA.  Link is on our home page, cost is ~$30.

3.  RSVP!!!  We need to know (ahead of time!) who will be swimming in each meet and what volunteer roles the parents will be filling.  If you know your schedule for the season, PLEASE go ahead and RSVP for all swimmers for all meets.  We start working on the lineup the Thursday before each meet.  Please review list below.

Pre-Season Kick-off Party Friday 5/27 7pm in Waterford - Come join us at the Waterford pool starting at 7pm Friday.  We will swim and socialize pool-side then finish up with s'mores at the Hensley house, 5246 Waterford Dr.   BYOC (bring your own chair).  Please park on one side of the street only.  You are welcome to park at the Hensley house and walk to the pool (5 houses down).  Parking at the pool might be tight this holiday weekend.

Important Reminders:
Drive slowly in BF neighborhood
Clean up after yourself at every practice (pick up, put chairs back, close umbrellas)

Team Pictures will be taken 5/31 before our first home meet  - more details to follow.  Form is available on the web site.

Team suit delivery has been delayed due to circumstances beyond or control.  Sorry!  Kids can wear whatever suit they are comfortable in for the first meet (and team picture).

These swimmers will be entered in the meet 5/31.  If your swimmer is on the list and won't be swimming or vice versa, please let us know via reply to this email.
