Bullfrogs! We are so excited for our meet on Tuesday against Vermack, but before Tuesday, we need you all to do something:

Please note they are doing entirely PRE-ORDER for concessions/meals, so please make sure someone from your team pre-orders for your coaches.

Parking:

Limited parking may be available in the Vermack parking lot. Additional parking is available on one side of Vermack Road; please be courteous and do not park on lawns or on the side that says “no parking.” 

Arrival Time:

Please have arrive by 4:30 PM

Our Warm-ups will be at 5 PM, but just like last meet, we want to have all events written on arms before the meet start. 

Team Area and Bullpens:

Team area is the shadedarea to the right of the pool with tables and chairs. Team bullpen is behind the diving board and slide.

Required Volunteers from our team per each half of the meet. First half are Events 1-41, and second half are Events 42-86:

• 4 Timers (2 people per lane, lanes 1 and 3)
• 1 judge
• 1 master recorder
• 1 computer operator
• 1 ribbon worker

Concessions: (very important)

Meal pre-orders are due by 5 PM on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
