Hi Team,

we will be joined by long time DBW swim team mom, Tracey McIntosh on Tuesday prior to the meet. Tracey has graciously agreed to take our team picture. Please arrive at the Brooke Farm pool in time to have your kid settled in and ready. The picture will be take. at 4:30, prior to warm-ups and the start of the meet. 

Parking: Please also remember to park on the Little Brooke side of the pool as we reserve the main parking lot for the visiting team.

Volunteers: we are in need of many volunteers to fill in the open positions. Please remember your family is expected to have at least one parent volunteer at every meet your kid(s) attend.  
Concessions: the ladies are ready to rock the concession stand and planning to sell pizza and CFA sandwiches, in addition to snacks and beverages. If you haven’t already, please feel free to donate a dollar amount you’re comfortable with to the team. Kendall accepts Venmo @kendall-crye.
