Hey everyone!!

My name is Julie Hensley and I will be acting as the head coach for our first swim meet! I was head coach in 2018 and 2019. I have been on the coaching staff since 2016, worked as an ASA Referee from 2018-2021, and have been a bullfrog since 2005! I will also be at practice Tuesday morning if anyone has any questions, I will try my best to introduce myself to everyone but please feel free to come up to me and introduce yourself! I am so excited to see everyone and meet our awesome new families! The first meet can be a little crazy as everyone is adjusting to swim team and summer but with everyones help things should run smoothly! There are still some volunteer spots that need to be filled and I know our awesome volunteer coordinator Felicia Barmen would greatly appreciate a few more people to volunteer! Do not worry if you have never done the job you sign up for before- The ASA referee will explain to you how it works- and if you are still confused I will be there and can help explain. I believe in all of you!! Below is some very important information about the swim meet and our first morning practice of the year! 

Tuesday morning 5/31 practice details:

• Location: Brooke Farm Pool 


• 6 & under: 9:30- 10:00 am


• 7-10: 10:00- 10:45 am


• 11 & up: 10:45-11:00 am 

Swim meet details: 

• Time: Swimmers arrive at 4:15 pm, warm ups start at 4:50 and the meet will begin at 5:30.


• Location: Briarwood Park Pool


• Address: 2235 Briarwood Way Northeast, Brookhaven, GA 30319


• They will have a concession stand with all the normal snack foods, waters, Gatorades and chick fil a sandwiches for sale. They will only take Venmo this year.


• Parking is an issue. If families can carpool, they encourage it! 

The practice schedule has been updated on the website, we are now in our "Summer Practice" Schedule- Tuesday and Friday will be morning practice from here on out.
