Hi team,

The weather for this afternoon does not look promising. We will keep an eye on things and alert you if practice will be canceled. This is also a great time for you to sign up to receive our text message alerts via Remind. We primarily use the alerts for weather updates but we also use it for important reminders from time to time. I don’t know about you, but for me, text is always best! (Instructions below

Also, a quick reminder…there is no practice this Friday or Monday for Memorial Day weekend. If you haven’t already done so, please remember:

1. RSVP for the swim meet

2. sign up for volunteer positions (all families are expected to fulfill a volunteer position at each meet attended)

3. Make donation for concessions via Venmo to @kendall-crye 

I will be off to the Caribbean tomorrow morning. Amanda Henseley has graciously offered to manage team communications while I’m away and will respond to DBW email. Julie Henseley will be our Head Coach and main gal as well. If you ever need to know anything swim team, the Hensley’s got you covered!
