Hello Team!

Happy Wednesday! FYI, practice is on for today. It might be chilly for the littles but we will do our best to keep them moving. 

Our first meet is quickly approaching! The Meet is against the Briarwood Barracudas. We have not swam against this team before so I don't know a whole lot about them but I do know they are a fairly large team and located in Brookhaven. They have promised they will do their best to operate the meet efficiently and not extend the meet time/length.

Meet Details:

• Location: Briarwood Park Pool 
• Address: 2235 Briarwood Way Northeast, Brookhaven, GA 30319
• They will have a concession stand with all the normal snack foods, waters, Gatorades and chick fil a sandwiches for sale. They will only take Venmo this year.
• Parking is an issue. If families can carpool, they encourage it! 
• We are working to set a make-up meet date if we should have inclement weather. I will let you know once we finalize. 

Concessions Donations:

The concession stand at our home meets are an opportunity for our team to generate additional funds necessary for our team's operations. We are lucky to have 3 home meets this year (some year it's only 2). Kimmie and Kendall are busy working on the sign-up for families to contribute items and we will send this out in the next week or so. In the meantime, they are requesting all families to make a monetary donation to offset the cost of food purchases (including CFA sandwiches). Please send your donations via venmo to @kendall-Crye.

VOLUNTEER Opportunity:

- We are still in need of help for the computer work. I believe I have someone who is willing to help if we can find another parent to help as well. What's gonna work? TEAMWORK! Thank you for your consideration!
