Hi all,

I spoke with Brooke Farm yesterday and we are all set to begin practice NEXT WEEK 6/22. YAY! If you haven't already, you can now register your swimmers. Registration is due this Thursday 6/18. Once registration is complete I will assign practice times. For now you can refer to the schedule below and assume youngest to eldest. 

Here is the link to register. You can choose to pay online or by check (recommend). 

Brooke Farm will have the waiver ready for non-residents by the end of the day today. I'll figure out a clever way to make sure we get them to/collect them from you. Remember, no swimmers can participate until the waiver is signed. This is not a part of the online registration. 

They have agreed to the following practice schedule*:

• Monday/Wednesday: 9:30-11:30 
• Tuesday/Thursday 3:00-5:00
• Friday is TBD for now (once we get a sense of how it's all working). Feel free to send me any thoughts on if you'd want Friday practice and if so, what your preferred time would be. I can't make any promises but I can gather info :) 

*BF HOA is reserving the right to change as needed based upon #s HOA members.

A lifeguard will be onsite during practices. There is a chance, however, we won't have the guard schedule worked out with the pool management company in time for next week. SO we may parent volunteers watch the pool instead. I'll keep you posted on that bit.
