Hi all,

A big thanks to Amanda Hensley for setting up the RSVP and Volunteer Signup for our 5 swim meets. Since our first meet is on the Tuesday after Memorial day, we are requesting ALL RSVP's are entered by 5/24 (next Thursday or Friday at the latest). While you are there, it would be great if you could RSVP for the following meets as well. 

To register please go to https://deerbrookewaters.swimtopia.com/swim_meets and click on the "meet entry?" tab to RSVP and the "Job Signup" to sign up for a volunteer position. 

A quick reminder on the volunteer policy: For home meets we have 46 volunteer shifts to fill and for away meets we have 32 volunteer shifts to fill. The required number of volunteer shifts (a shift is 1/2 of a meet) will be six (6) per family (i.e. we need every family to work at least one half of every meet). If you can not fulfill your required volunteer shifts, you may either opt to pay $100 at the beginning of the season in lieu of working the meets.

Our very own Felicia Barman is volunteer coordinator and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have on the roles and responsibilities. You will also report to her at each meet to check in at the beginning and end of your assignment.
